Payment/Automatic Renewal/ Cancellation You agree to be charged at the time of subscription based on the type of plan you have selected. Your subscription will be renewed automatically and billed to your credit card/pay account at the beginning of each subscription period until you cancel the service. You may cancel at any time by signing into your account and choosing the cancel plan option or you can send us a message direclty from your member profile. The monthly subscription plans are renewed automatically on 30-day intervals, and the annual subscriptions plans are renewed automatically on 365-day intervals.

  • How often can I get my macarons?
    4 options with perks!!! 3 Month: You can get your macarons delivered monthly for 3 consecutive months or 3 separate occasions within 12 months. 6 Month: You can have them delivered monthly for 6 months or every other month for 12 months. 12 Month: Your macarons will be delivered every month for 12 months. Month to Month: Your macarons will be delivered every month until you cancel.
  • Can I get them delivered to a different address?
    Absolutely! You can have your macarons sent to a different address. Give us at least 7 days advance notice before your next shipment.
  • Can I skip or postpone a month?
    Yes, please provide us with 14 days notice to skip an upcoming monthly delivery and clarify when you would like the delivery shipped within your plan year.
  • Can I cancel my subscription?
    Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time and you will stop receiving shipments at the end of your billing period that you have already paid for. If for some reason you cannot or do not wish to receive your shipment, you can have them forwarded to another address or you can request that they be donated in your name to a local charity.
  • Do I have to pay for the subscription in full at once?
    Yes, each plan has been tailored to accommodate the varying financial needs of our clients. We have a Monthly Macaron plan that will allow monthly payments for monthly shipments.
  • What qualifies as wholesale?
    If you are a business that is looking to buy in bulk (over 240 macarons - 10 trays) on a regular occasion (no less than every 6 months), we can offer you macarons at our wholesale rates. However, if you have a special occasion like a wedding or event, we kindly ask that you choose from our already extensive range of macarons which you can buy without gift packaging at a competitive rate. Whether you are a deli, cafe, hotel, restaurant, catering company, or an amazing cake maker, we’d be delighted to be your supplier.
  • How do I apply to for a wholesale relationship?
